South Shore-Boston Independent Filmmakers Group March Event

Award winning filmmaker Chris Esper will talk about his book, "The Filmmaker's Journey" as part of our Filmmaker Spotlight Series. Copies of "The Filmmaker Journey" will be available to purchase and have signed by Chris!

Originally from New Jersey, Chris developed a passion and love for film at a very young age. When he was in his teens, he received his first camera and started experimenting with it. It was love at first frame. After high school, he attended the New England Institute of Technology in East Greenwich, RI where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Digital Recording Arts. He has since directed several award-winning short films, including "Still Life," "Please Punish Me," "The Deja Vuers," and "Undatement Center," which have gone on to screen at a number of film festivals domestically and overseas. Currently, he resides in Attleboro, MA where he owns and operates his production company, Stories in Motion.
